How we collect your data and the legal bases we use
By law we cannot simply just collect your data. We have to explain to you why and how we are doing this.
We rely on you giving us consent to process your person data. If you opt in to receive our marketing emails, offers, newsletters we take this as consent. This can easily be removed at any time but giving us a call, message or simply choosing the unsubscribe option on emails you receive from us.
Your data is also collected when you order from us. You will be supplying us with a delivery address, contact details and payment details. Please note we never see these payment details they are handled by paypal or whomever you choose as your preferred payment option at checkout. Again your payment details are never seen or stored with Party Bitz.
When you check out you are given the option for how and if we can contact you or save your details.
When you opt out of us contacting you there may be times we have to contact you. These would include informing you of any issues with your order, informing you of any changes to this policy and to inform you about any product recalls. These emails do not require consent.
