If you need to return a product for any reason please return it unworn and make sure this is done within 14 days or receiving your item.

All packaging must be intact and in the condition it was when you received it.

We cannot accept returns of wigs, makeup, face paint, underwear, masks, mankinis, teeth, stockings or tights. This is due to hygiene reasons. Please note this includes costumes which contain any of the above.

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery as we will not be able to refund any item lost in transit on the way back to us. Returns can take up to 28days to process (during busy periods) and your bank may take 5 working days to refund you the money after we have processed it.
